To install these player models or any player models find your TS folder, which is probably in your half life folder. Then go to your "models" folder, after going in to your models folder find your "player" folder. From here you just have to drag the folders in from the RAR provided in the link above (Remember to keep the models in a file with the same name as the model).
So the path for my model would be:
ts/models/player/waynelaw/waynelaw.mdl
